Last weekend I headed up the mountain to attend a baby shower for my sister. Among other baby goodies I had made for her little girl (due sometime around the end of this month), was this cute little bunny. It almost didn’t make it out the door since my five year old carted it around and played with it the whole week I was working on it. The pattern is out of my favorite crochet book, The Happy Hooker. This one however is made on a smaller scale. The pattern said that the finished version would be about 12″ tall…and I didn’t think a newborn-to-toddler age baby would quite be able to maneuver one that large, so I chose smaller yarn and hooks, used the same instructions and got this cute little bunny for her to carry around by the ears. I’ll have to make the 12″ one for MY little girl!
